POSITION SUMMARY:


We're seeking a driven, experienced Project Manager to lead complex work across our full portfolio of markets. Projects range from mission-critical facilities to large-scale commercial and institutional builds, and experience in highly technical or fast-paced environments is a strong plus.


This role is more than project oversight - it's ownership. You will take projects from early strategy through closeout, drive financial performance, lead high-performing teams, and build lasting client partnerships. From mission-critical environments to large-scale commercial and institutional builds, you'll shape outcomes that matter.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



PROJECT MANAGEMENT



  • Work with Field Supervision and Project Management to establish operation priorities and ensure safety and quality on every project
  • Exceed client expectations through proactive engagement and problem-solving
  • Estimate, value engineer and develop project budgets
  • Facilitate the subcontractor bid process to include processing, distribution and tracking of all project bidding documentation
  • Ability to utilize software programs and templates to process, distribute and track all project documentation
  • Negotiate subcontractor and material buyout; develop and negotiate subcontracts
  • Plan and schedule projects
  • Manage jobs in progress including subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution and documentation.
  • Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material and equipment; continue to forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures and profits through project completion.
  • Lead project closeout with precision and accountability
  • Manage projects exceeding $20M


LEADERSHIP



  • Build strong relationships and motivate teams through clear direction an collaboration
  • Mentor and develop junior project management staff
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partner, and internal teams, both written and verbal
  • Provide training and guidance to cultivate future leaders.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT



  • Interact with clients and potential clients to identify and pursue potential work
  • Prepare and participate in client presentations and project interviews
  • Negotiate and secure new business


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:



  • B.S. in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of construction management experience across diverse markets
  • Experience in highly technical or fast-paced environments (data centers, mission-critical, industrial) is a strong plus
  • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills is required.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship building skills
