The Manager Patient Experience is responsible for influencing the creation of a meaningful, highly customized, patient and family-directed experience for patients. This position identifies opportunities and brings innovative, evidence-based practices from internal learnings and other healthcare organizations /or industries to improve the patient experience.

Essential Job Function

  • Analyzes, interprets, and uses patient feedback data to drive strategy in collaboration with operational leadership and key stakeholdersEquips senior leadership with the information, tools and evidence-based practices to build a sustainable culture focusing on patient and family centered care.
  • Leads, facilitates and navigates experience improvement plans by collaborating with operational leaders and teams, providers, and patients as they initiate improvement efforts around the patient experience.
  • Facilitates various training sessions aligning with the organization's needs regarding patient experience.
  • Utilizes healthcare industry evidence-based practices and world-class service benchmarks to improve patient and family perception of care.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's DegreePreferred: Master's Degree

Experience

  • Required: 5 years healthcare, hospitality or customer service background.
