What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and support service technicians
- Manage daily service operations, scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up
- Ensure excellent customer communication and satisfaction
- Partner with ownership on process improvement and performance goals
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Coordinate materials, parts, and service documentation
- Resolve customer issues and support continuous improvement
- Track service metrics and operational performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Electrical or field service background strongly preferred
- Experience with Service Titan CRM a plus, not required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in home service leadership
