As a Project Manager, Partner Engagement, you will play a vital role in executing initiatives that support this mission. You will be responsible for managing specific projects and workflows that help deepen our understanding of provider needs and align our capabilities to ensure DaVita remains the preferred provider partner.

In this role, you will focus on the execution and delivery of key engagement initiatives, working cross-functionally to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. You will help maintain tools, playbooks, and resources that empower our field operations teams to engage with providers effectively.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Execution & Delivery: Manage provider engagement projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a coordinator for key initiatives, facilitating collaboration between field operations, clinical, strategy, and product teams to keep work moving forward.

  • Resource Management: Maintain and update structured playbooks, toolkits, and resources for field operators to ensure they have the latest best practices for provider engagement.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress and outcomes. Identify risks or roadblocks and recommend well-reasoned solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and results in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and project workflows to enhance team efficiency and impact.

  • Stakeholder Support: Support the broader Partner Engagement team by organizing meeting materials, managing action items, and ensuring follow-through on key decisions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Travel up to 15% as needed.

Education and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proven track record of delivering on project goals and managing processes.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) is highly preferred.

  • Location: Strong preference for Denver-based candidates (office-oriented hybrid role, with three days required in-person/week).

  • Travel: Approximately 15% travel may be required for partner meetings and industry events.

  • Availability: Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.

The Salary Range for the role is $70,000.00 - $106,000.00/year.
