About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic, fast-paced apparel distribution team. This is a temp backfill position supporting operations onsite in Byhalia, MS (approximately 30 minutes from Memphis). The role follows a traditional hybrid schedule with Fridays remote.

What You'll Do

You'll perform a wide range of administrative duties in support of a General Manager and large, diverse team, including complex calendar and conference room management, travel booking, meeting and event coordination, food order management, and expense report and purchase order preparation. You'll also produce, edit, and reformat documents and correspondence, update organizational charts, coordinate department or equipment moves, and maintain shared drives and internal sites.

This role also requires creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations under tight timeframes and building complex Excel spreadsheets that incorporate data from multiple sources. You may be responsible for maintaining ongoing reports, databases, and department websites as needed.

What You Bring



  • 5+ years of administrative experience required; education is flexible
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Coupa
  • Ability to manage conference rooms, calendars, food orders, and expense reports with ease
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with leads and senior-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment with a high degree of independence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through to completion
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience working with budgets is strongly preferred
  • Outgoing, personable, and team-oriented personality is essential
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of core business hours
