We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join our client's Fintech design team!

What we're looking for:

This designer will work independently on end-to-end product design within a fast-moving Fintech platform. They'll partner closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Must-haves:



  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and design execution skills
  • Ability to lead design independently on small-to-medium projects
  • Proficiency with design systems and component-based design in Figma
  • Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders


Nice-to-have:



  • Fintech or financial services experience

  • Design craft: comprehensive command of principles, tools, and advanced Figma usage
  • End-to-end thinking: designs across full user journeys including pre/post-product touchpoints
  • Customer & market insight: grounds decisions in user research, data, and competitive context
  • Business acumen: can set success metrics and articulate impact
  • Partnership: clear process for working with PM, engineering, and legal
  • Communication: confident presenter with structured narratives; able to influence at the team level
