Description LPN LVN - Home Health Schedule- Full Time/Days Area Coverage: Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Dallas and other areas as needed The LPN provides quality care to patients in the nursing center and their homes under the direction of a Nurse Case Manager or Clinical Supervisor following the established nursing process and procedures, and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Performs all duties in compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations and in compliance with all regulatory bodies. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
