Supermicro is looking for a Sr. Compensation Manager to join our company to support the fast-growing, dynamic business operation.In this position, you will collaborate with HR leaders, Recruiters, and business leaders to lead, align, and implement the company's Compensation framework.The key deliverables are to help operationalize compensation programs to ensure alignment with the business needs at Supermicro. This position will be based in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Salary Range
$150,000 - $210,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
