Role Overview

JLL is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and scaling of intelligent automation and digital platform capabilities across the enterprise. This senior role drives measurable business value by translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions.

Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology, this role defines long-term product vision, guides execution, and enables operational efficiency, risk reduction, and smarter decision-making through automation and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the enterprise roadmap for intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and digital platforms.

  • Identify, prioritize, and quantify high-value automation and product opportunities.

  • Define success metrics and ensure delivery of tangible business outcomes.

  • Serve as a senior advisor on automation strategy and emerging technologies.

Automation & Platform Enablement

  • Lead the use of RPA, low-code/no-code, AI, and data-driven automation to streamline complex processes.

  • Design reusable, scalable, and secure solutions using platforms such as Power Platform, Xceptor, Aurachain, and related tools.

  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance standards.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories.

  • Partner with engineering, data, and delivery teams to drive high-quality execution from concept through adoption.

  • Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform sustainability and technical excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

  • Act as the primary link between senior business leaders and technology teams.

  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and roadmap direction to executive stakeholders.

  • Champion digital transformation and mentor product and automation talent across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital transformation within financial services, investment management, or real estate.

  • Proven leadership of enterprise-scale digital or automation platforms.

  • Strong expertise in business process automation, data platforms, analytics, and modern delivery practices.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

190,000.00 - 198,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
