Position Summary Position Summary: Primary resource for supporting two Parflex plants in ongoing and new initiatives for a lean transformation through the implementation of the Parker Lean System (PLS). Delivers practical, hands-on training in PLS methodology and tools to eliminate waste in administrative, manufacturing and support functions. Measures and reports progress on an on-going basis using the site Win Scorecard and site PLS Lean Journey Assessment. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: _X_ Has Direct Reports __ Does Not Have Direct Reports *At the discretion of the location, this position may not have direct reports. Ensures full PLS education and implementation in functional areas at the plant or facility level to ensure consistency and sustainability. Provides leadership and direction to the site staff.
