A Reliability Engineer I (RE I) is responsible for performing on-site surveys and product inventories for Regal Rexnord end users. They will travel to various beverage processing sites within the United States to identify our products and catalog them into a database for customer reference. They will also create customer presentations to summarize their findings and encourage MRO business for worn products. Excellent written and verbal skills are required to produce detailed reports in a timely manner. The role also serves as a pathway to the Application Engineering department, with an expected transition after 2-3 years of field experience. A successful candidate will not only excel in performing surveys independently but will also demonstrate the ability to mentor and onboard new Reliability Engineers. The RE I will contribute to gathering metrics, presenting monthly report outs, and ensuring a seamless workflow. Assist in the quoting process of a project, communicating with the sales rep, distributor, or end user to ensure proper resource allocation and discussing if the survey is of strategic value on our part.
