Title: Continuous Optimization & Reliability Excellence Director Olin is seeking a results-driven and visionary Continuous Optimization & Reliability Excellence (CORE) Director to lead a cross-functional engineering organization focused on delivering operational excellence across our chemical manufacturing operations. This senior leader will oversee strategic initiatives in process optimization, asset reliability and process safety. The role is critical to driving plant performance, cost efficiency, risk reduction, and long-term sustainability. A key portion of this role will be to foster a high level of leveraging of technical knowledge and expertise and resources amongst the sites in-scope and drive to a continuous learning organization. This position will lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple engineering disciplines, including Improvement Engineers, Project Managers, and Reliability Engineers. The successful candidate will drive a culture of continuous improvement, risk mitigation, data-driven decision-making, and engineering discipline.
