Location:Javon Bea Hospital - Rockford, IL Shift: 7:00P - 7:30A; Every 3rd Weekend Rotation; Holiday Rotation Hours: 36 hours per week Shift Differential:15% Evening Shift Differential starting at 2:30P (up to $4.50 / hour) ; 20% Night Shift Differential starting at 10:30P (up to $6.00 / hour) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Completion of a CNA program. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE Current CNA certificate in applicable state. Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
