Join us as an Upstream Operations Manager for our Sports Medicine and ENT Business Unit, where you will help shape the future of our Joint Repair Segment and/or AET and ENT Segments. This is a strategic, highvisibility role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, operational excellence, and crossfunctional leadership. You will play a key part in ensuring that innovative new products and lifecycle improvements are translated into operational plans that deliver for our customers globally. Applications will be accepted until February 26th, 2026. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $119,500.00 to $207,250.00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
