WHAT YOU WILL DO As the Quality Engineer in our manufacturing facility, you'll report to the Quality Manager, and play a pivotal role in developing and upholding production quality standards and documentation. Key responsibilities include defining quality requirements for new products, partnering with suppliers regarding performance and new components, monitoring production quality performance for continuous improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with our quality management system, customer specifications, and regulatory standards. This role requires proactive leadership in achieving quality objectives, collaborating cross-functionally to address product and process issues, and implementing corrective and preventative actions. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate data-driven trends and performance to a wide variety of audiences. You'll utilize the support of both plant level and business level quality engineers. HOW YOU WILL DO IT
