Join the Dodge Brand team and help shape the future of performance vehicles. As a Dodge Product Specialist, you will support the development and launch of a vehicle within the Dodge portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of product planning and brand strategy while working closely with experienced team members across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Procurement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support market analysis by gathering and summarizing competitive data and customer insights
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal reviews and governance forums
  • Help coordinate cross-functional activities related to product content, positioning, and lifecycle actions
  • Contribute to the development of product plans and ensure alignment among internal stakeholders
  • Track project milestones and deliverables during the launch phase and assist in maintaining communication with the launch team
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure vehicle KPIs and commercial targets are met


You will assist in analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and supporting the creation of product positioning and go-to-market strategies. This position is ideal for someone passionate about the automotive industry and eager to grow into a product leadership role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the automotive market and Dodge brand


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product Planning, Marketing, Pricing Strategy, or related roles
  • Automotive technical and product knowledge
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • A strong appreciation for Dodge vehicles and Dodge heritage
