Territory Sales Manager

County Waste & Recycling is hiring a driven, results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to build and grow a book of business within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing new business in a competitive, essential service industry.

This position offers a $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with strong earning potential for individuals motivated to perform and grow.

What You'll Do:

* Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits

* Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline

* Conduct site evaluations and present tailored waste and recycling solutions

* Negotiate and close service agreements

* Partner with operations and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience

* Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account data in Salesforce

* Strong ownership of pipeline and results

* Ability to manage time and territory independently
