We have a portfolio of complex projects that require oversight from End-to-End.The AMERS Scheduling Manager will be responsible for managing the Americas End-to-End (E2E) Scheduling Team responsible for managing the top-line critical path delivery schedules for new CO+I data centers. This team is a vital connection and orchestration point to ensure we have a fully integrated schedule across all of our segments in support of overall data center delivery. In addition, this leader will be responsible for several critical initiatives with executive visibility involving how our business captures schedule commitments and integrates schedule across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Managing AMERS Scheduling Team responsible for End-to-End top-line production schedules. The team is responsible for:

  • You should enjoy working under pressure and deadlines, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty, while driving clarity.
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues and result
  • Managing the execution of planning and development of the integrated master schedule, in support of major projects and programs across the portfolio.
  • Overseeing and managing portfolio and program level schedules, building detailed schedules from inception to completion.
  • Developing schedule mitigation strategies, reporting on schedule issues and critical tasks to management, analyzing schedule sensitivity and risk, alerting on issues and recommending solutions for schedule issues and high-risk areas.
  • Coordinating with all segments and functional organizations to ensure the execution system is in alignment with the organizational processes and goals through the tactical management of the integrated master schedule.
  • Establishing and maintaining standard detailed project delivery schedule templates with key milestones identified
  • Through coordination with other segments, monitor, analyze, and provide direction on the general health, risks, and progress of the schedule
  • Advise management of the status of work in progress, critical need by and delivery dates, and potential delays to committed dates.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
4+ years management (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Experience managing/leading large scale Program Planning/Scheduling teams
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 7+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement,
  • Expert user of Primavera P6 or MS Project with at least 5 years of experience in the tool
  • Proven success in a lead role leading managing schedule development/management on a portfolio of medium to large scale projects
  • Expert with schedule analysis and Critical Path Method (CPM) methodology
  • Data Analysis experience
  • Creative problem-solving skills and collaboration across global teams within and outside the organization


Business Program Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
