  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Business Units (PBUs), engineering, operations, and regional sales teams to support the full lifecycle from design-in through mass production.
  • Manage global customer engagements, including commercial negotiations, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
  • Navigate the global development cycle ("design-in in the U.S., build-in in Asia") to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy to identify opportunities, solve complex customer challenges, and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the server or semiconductor industry, specifically supporting high-performance computing (HPC), AI, or data center platforms.
  • Proven experience working directly with hyperscalers, OEMs, or leading semiconductor customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strategic customer relationships and drive technical design-in activities.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience supporting account growth, commercial discussions, or P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with technical tools used for customer analysis and presentations.
