As a Security Officer - Daytime Patrol - Financial Site in Saint Cloud, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a leading financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify irregular conditions.
• Monitor entry points, restricted areas, and customer-facing spaces, assisting with access control and directing individuals to appropriate locations per site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in written reports and electronic systems, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
