Join Allied Universal at a front desk post within a financial institution location, where you will greet employees and visitors, manage access control and badging, and monitor activity using site systems. You will support security-related reporting, communicate clearly with staff and/or responders, and deliver a professional customer experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk of a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access at the main entry by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointment details, issuing temporary badges when authorized, and directing guests to the appropriate area.
• Monitor lobby activity and front desk area using observation and available systems, documenting unusual activity and reporting concerns per site procedures to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and following escalation and/or evacuation procedures as directed.
• Complete detailed logs and reports such as visitor records, incident documentation, and shift activity reports, and communicate key information to oncoming personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
