The role will be to lead the development of AMD's overall strategy and business plan for Cloud BU sell out focused on AMD's large server datacenter partners worldwide. Responsibilities include short-term and long-term strategies focused on AMD's large server datacenter partners. This individual will be responsible for setting AMD's overall goals for datacenter business worldwide and driving alignment with executive management at AMD as well as cloud partners. This leader will oversee calling the plays to achieve AMD's goals, both within the datacenter, and externally with customers consuming AMD products from datacenter cloud service providers. THE PERSON The ideal candidate will possess a breadth of abilities and skills, including CPU product knowledge, server architecture awareness, and a deep knowledge of the enterprise cloud journey from migration to the cloud, hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, and neoclouds. The candidate must have strong marketing and presentation abilities, solid understanding of customers' business and decision makers, and strong persuasive collaboration skills to craft groundbreaking strategies and plans that the team can rally around. Most importantly, you are the business leader driving the strategy, setting direction, defining goals, delineating tactics, and achieving success in all facets. You are a standout colleague and be a self-starter, and capable of operating autonomously.
