Aquent is partnering with this client to find a talented individual to join their team. As a key member of a dynamic cross-functional team, you'll be instrumental in shaping marketing strategies that directly impact patient engagement and drive the adoption of vital health services. Your work will directly contribute to making healthcare more accessible and convenient, transforming how individuals manage their health journey.

This pivotal role involves supporting strategy development and leading the execution of marketing plans designed to boost engagement and make it easier for patients to access their medications and health services. You will collaborate across various teams, from digital to in-store experience, to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with consumers and achieve critical business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing strategies and content plans, utilizing data insights to craft compelling consumer messaging that drives awareness, consideration, and preference.
  • Leverage data visualization tools to construct dashboards for continuous trend analysis, providing actionable insights.
  • Support the development and execution of tactical plans in close partnership with internal teams specializing in digital, creative, in-store experience, and operations.
  • Manage diverse marketing tactics including email, paid media, affiliate programs, social media, direct mail, and in-store promotions, ensuring all deliverables are on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy.
  • Track the performance of key channels such as email, web, and mobile, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven optimization recommendations and collaborate with partners to implement changes that enhance overall campaign performance.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to established marketing, brand, clinical, and legal guidelines.
  • Support the updating and management of the marketing budget, including forecasting projected expenses and margin, and overseeing the invoice submission and tracking process.
  • Actively cultivate trusted relationships across a large, complex organization to foster clear goals, accountability, and successful outcomes.
  • Operate as an independent self-starter, proactively anticipating requests and ensuring the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on retail and digital marketing communications.
  • 1+ years of management experience, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Proven experience in digital content strategy and development across various platforms (web/landing pages, social, email, etc.).
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing data visualization tools and web analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional campaign and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working with external and/or internal agency partners, including the ability to write creative briefs, provide strategic direction and feedback, and ensure creative outputs align with strategy.
  • Adaptability in an environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
  • Proficiency with standard office productivity suites.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience in retail or healthcare marketing.
  • Experience working on fully integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels.
  • A strong customer-first mindset that inspires and shapes both in-store and online customer experiences.
  • Strong facilitation and change management skills to effectively communicate and drive alignment across teams.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37 to $42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
