  • Collateral Development: Own the creation of all external-facing sales materials, including pitch decks, one-sheets, case studies, and media kits that the sales team uses to pitch clients.
  • Internal Education: Develop comprehensive training materials to ensure internal cross-functional partners (Merchandising, Marketing, Digital) understand MMN's capabilities and value.

Internal Engagement & Events

  • Event Strategy: Plan and execute all internal MMN events, including the annual "All Hands Summit" and quarterly strategy meetings. You will own the run-of-show, content creation, and overall attendee experience.
  • Culture & Communication: Act as a connector within the organization, ensuring that news about MMN wins, product launches, and strategic shifts are communicated clearly to the broader Macy's organization.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

Who You Are

Experience: 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, Product Marketing, or Go-to-Market strategy within the digital media or AdTech landscape.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Retail Media Network (RMN) ecosystem and the programmatic landscape. Familiarity with Amazon Ads, DSPs, and API partners (Skai, Pacvue, etc.) is highly preferred.
