Entry-Level Help Desk (Overnight Shift) Mon-Thurs \| 10 PM-8 AM CST \| Hybrid in Coppell, TX Contract Role Overnight Shift Required Candidates must be able to work Monday-Thursday, 10 PM-8 AM CST. What We're Looking For * 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (A+, IT coursework, CS degree) * Strong interest in learning and developing technical skills * Reliable, professional, and proactive * Good communication and customer service skills * Reliable transportation for a hybrid schedule What You'll Do * Respond to support tickets * Assist users via email, chat, and occasional inperson support * Troubleshoot issues like: * AD password resets * Login/authentication problems * WiFi/connectivity * Printers and basic hardware Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.
