*Key Responsibilities*
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email quickly, accurately, and professionally * Handle *25-50+ inbound calls* per day and *50-100+ emails* per day * Provide information regarding shipping, product availability, pricing, and order details * Research inquiries using internal systems to deliver accurate and helpful responses * Create and manage customer cases for issues and requests * Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to resolve requests and ensure customer satisfaction * Manage orderrelated inquiries throughout the fulfillment chain * Provide exception management and status transparency using strong problemsolving skills * Support both internal and external customer needs * Deliver consistent, worldclass customer experience * Report to the Supervisor of Customer Experience *Top Skills* * Customer Service * Microsoft Office * Email Support * Inbound Calls *MustHave Qualifications* * *2+ years customer service experience* with KPIs (not a scripted callcenter environment) * Experience with *order entry in an ERP system* * Proficiency in *Microsoft Outlook and Word* * Strong computer and multitasking skills * Heavy email communication experience * High School Diploma * Ability to work onsite five days a week *NicetoHave Skills* * Claims experience (order claims processing) * CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics) * Inbound phone experience at *50+ calls/day* * Microsoft Excel proficiency *Soft Skills* * Ability to work independently and problemsolve without constant direction * Resourcefulness in finding answers, checking inventory, and navigating systems * Strong written communication * Positive, professional attitude * High attention to detail * Accountability and reliability * Adaptability in a dynamic environment *Work Environment* * Onsite, Monday-Friday (no remote work) * 8:30 AM-5:00 PM * Highly professional, teamoriented culture * Large CSR team (30+ representatives) with strong collaboration and support *Employee Value Proposition* This role offers significant *career growth potential*, as openings exist due to internal promotions.
