*Location:* San Antonio, TX (Onsite) *Schedule:* Full-time, must be flexible * About the Role* In this role, you will be the *friendly voice and problem-solving expert* supporting viewers around the world. Your mission? Deliver exceptional service, elevate our brand, and ensure every viewer enjoys a smooth, magical streaming experience. * What You'll Do* As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you will: * *Assist viewers* via phone and/or chat with account management, billing, content questions, and app navigation * *Recommend Streaming products* during every interaction * Use your *technical knowledge* of networks & common streaming devices to troubleshoot * Support *multiple products, systems, and regions* * * Maintain an unwavering commitment to top-tier customer service* * * Perform other duties as assigned* This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, picks up new systems quickly, and thrives in a fastpaced, techsavvy environment. * What You Bring* * Understanding of *basic network functionality* * *Familiarity with streaming devices* (smart TVs, Roku, FireTV, etc.) * Strong communication & problemsolving skills * Adaptability and a *global mindset* * *Passion for creating an outstanding viewer experience * Streaming values a *diverse, inclusive workforce* and encourages applicants of all backgrounds to apply. * Training & Schedule Details* *Training Is Mandatory* and consistent attendance is essential for success. * New Hire Training (3-4 weeks)* * *Monday-Friday* * *8:30 am - 5:30 pm* * Monster University (On-the-Job Training: 8-10 weeks)* * *Monday-Friday* * *12 pm - 9 pm* * After Training:* * Permanent shifts typically run *12 pm - 9 pm* * *Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and major TV events* * *Contractors cannot request schedule changes or planned time off* until converted to full-time employees *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
