About the Role Our client is seeking a detailoriented Eligibility Data Specialist to support healthcare operations by ensuring accurate and uptodate eligibility information within the EZCap system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining records, and supporting healthcare processes behind the scenes. If you have experience in the healthcare industry and enjoy administrative, compliancedriven work, this could be a great opportunity. What You'll Be Doing * Ensure all eligibility data in the EZCap system is current, accurate, and complete * Research and update eligibility records in a timely manner based on changes and findings * Maintain system accuracy by reconciling eligibility data across multiple sources * Navigate between multiple systems and windows to verify and validate information * Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document management * Communicate professionally via Outlook and internal systems as needed What We're Looking For * Experience working in the healthcare industry * Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems * Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy * Comfortable navigating multiple applications and screens simultaneously * Strong organizational and followup skills Required Skills * Data Management * Eligibility Verification * Outlook (Email & Calendar) * Healthcare Industry Experience Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
