Overview We are seeking a Service Advisor to serve as a frontline customer engagement and consultative sales professional. This role focuses on educating customers about naturalbased plant, lawn, tree, and pest care solutions while delivering a consistent, empathetic, and highquality experience across all interactions. This position blends customer service, problemsolving, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding them toward the right solutions. No prior industry experience is required-comprehensive, handson training is provided until you are confident and independently productive. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
