We are a familyowned, fastgrowing organization looking for an energetic, positive, and customerfocused Customer Service Specialist to join our outbound calling team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. You will work directly with former customers, supporting service needs, scheduling technicians, and helping drive business across 24 locations during a busy and exciting season. If you love talking to people, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a supportive, upbeat environment-this could be the perfect next step in your career! What You'll Do * Make 50+ outbound calls per day to former customers * Support 2-3 assigned locations at a time with service needs * Handle customer inquiries, issues, and warm transfers with professionalism * Monitor and respond to service tickets to ensure quick followup and exceptional care * Schedule service technicians and assist with daily route coordination * Assist walkin customers onsite and provide immediate support * Learn product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions * Complete daily task lists and contribute ideas for improving processes * Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams Top Skills We're Looking For * Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, personable approach * Strong verbal and written communication * Basic computer proficiency (Outlook 365, Word, Excel) * Ability to learn systems, processes, and product details * High school diploma or GED * 1 year of work experience (customer service or call center preferred) Why You'll Love Working Here We are a familyowned business with a supportive, collaborative, and growthfocused culture.
