Your Role

The Consumer Growth Marketing Acquisition and Retention team is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join us as a Marketing Operations Specialist, Consultant - Individual and Family Plans (IFP). The Marketing Operations Specialist, Consultant will lead the Individual and Family Plans Broker Marketing strategy and campaign implementation as well as support the acquisition and retention deliverables for the under 65 consumer line of business. The Marketing Operations Specialist, Consultant will report to the IFP Senior Marketing Manager. In this role you will collaborate with a team of marketers dedicated to driving the acquisition and retention of Blue Shield members located throughout California.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing or business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires ability to adapt quickly to digital tools to update web content, manage assets and measure performance
  • Requires experience with project management and organizational skills with attention to details and deadlines
  • Health insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and other tools (Jira, Workfront) strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, sales, creative, marketing, and external partners
  • Ability to lead meetings effectively, ensuring clear communication and productive discussions followed with notes and action items
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret, analyze, and report on marketing data to measure campaign performance and identify trends. Proficiency in using data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
