Description Role Overview The Commercial Operations Coordinator supports key operational processes across the Commercial Operations team. This role ensures accurate administration of customer programs, credit processing, and coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a customer focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Program and Credit Administration Administer the Coop program within established guidelines including: -Reviewing claims for available funds -Generating credit memos -Managing daily email correspondence -Process miscellaneous and freight complaint credits that have been fully approved. Customer Agreement Management: -Receive completed customer agreement applications. -For Boat Builders: forward agreements to the Regional Sales Manager for approval. -Upload fully approved agreements to the customer record in the Syteline ERP system. -Send welcome emails to newly approved customers using a predefined template. -Rebate and Incentive Processing Review and process rebate claims for: -Navico Installation Rebates -Boat Dealer Factory Incentive Program -Owner Support Program -Prepare and send weekly payment files to Finance using Excel. -Team Support -Provide support to the Commercial Operations Team Manager and team members as needed. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
