Service Advisor - Customer Engagement & Sales Location: Barrington, IL (Onsite) Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + weekly commissions & bonus potential Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Duration: Longterm opportunity About the Role We're seeking a Service Advisor to join a growing, peoplefirst organization dedicated to helping customers care for their lawns, trees, and outdoor spaces using naturalbased, environmentally responsible solutions. This is a frontline customer engagement and consultative sales role that blends customer service, problemsolving, and sales. You'll speak with customers who are actively seeking help-answering questions, identifying needs, and recommending the right services to help them achieve healthy, beautiful outdoor spaces. No industry experience required. Comprehensive, handson training is provided until you're confident and successful in the role.
