We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join a forward-thinking team focused on developing critical training and development solutions. In this pivotal role, you will directly shape how healthcare professionals learn and adopt new tools and workflows, ensuring they are equipped to deliver the highest standard of care. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the successful rollout of transformative healthcare initiatives, ultimately improving lives.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with clinical education specialists and product training stakeholders to craft engaging and effective learning experiences. Your work will directly support the seamless integration of new healthcare solutions, ensuring clinicians are confident and competent in their application.



  • Partner with the education team and clinical subject matter experts to meticulously define clinician workflow requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs precisely aligned with real-world clinical workflows, moving beyond mere feature explanations to focus on practical application.
  • Create a diverse range of blended learning materials, including:
  • Engaging self-paced e-learning modules
  • Practical job aids and quick reference guides
  • Immersive simulations for procedural or scenario-based practice
  • Strategically plan for ongoing updates and revisions to training content as healthcare solutions evolve.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical education and product training stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and impactful learning solutions.


What You'll Bring:



  • We are looking for an individual with a passion for learning and development, coupled with a deep understanding of instructional design principles and their application in a clinical context.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, organizational development, clinical education, or related training roles.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Strongly preferred: Experience designing workflow-based training or procedural training.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41 to $46 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
