The Contracts Specialist provides advanced support to the Contracts Management team by managing complex administrative tasks, ensuring document accuracy, and driving system and process improvements. Positioned above a Contract Administrator and below a Contracts Manager, this role handles compliance checks and system projects while offering coverage during contracts manager transitions. With strong performance, the role can progress to Contracts Manager, reducing reliance on temporary staffing and strengthening team continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and format contract documents to meet company standards.
  • Maintain and update contract records in the management system.
  • Assist with contract amendments, renewals, and reporting.
  • Support system-related projects, including testing and data integrity checks.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contract-related inquiries.
  • Support Contracts Manager while out of office and other tasks as needed from the team.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in contract administration or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of contract structure, lifecycle, and contract relationships.


Pay Range:
  • $60,000 - $80,000 $ (Based upon relatable skills/experience and location)
