THE ROLE: The Project/Program Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the Compute & Enterprise AI (CEAI) business unit. You will report to the Chief of Staff in the Compute & Enterprise AI Business Unit and lead medium-scale programs, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver frameworks that improve efficiency, scalability and execution predictability. This role ensures alignment between business strategy and operational delivery and will own driving operational process, leadership forums, action tracking and ensuring the organization operations with clarity, accountability and continuous improvement. THE PERSON:The successful candidate is a highly organized, operationally minded program manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. She/he is a strong communicator who is skilled in developing and sustaining positive interpersonal relationships. The individual excels at building clarity, structure and accountability.
