Shift Operator (OTA/Wireless)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform OTA/Wireless/EMC testing to internal schedules and work instructions to achieve critical project deadlines and turnaround time
• Work with the team lead to achieve personal objectives and KPI's
• Maintain operational excellence and KPIs such as report lead-time, error logging, and resource utilization.
• Uphold Quality and Accreditation standards, promptly addressing non-compliances.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Identify and make suggestions for new/change processes and procedures to enhance test result accuracy and TAT turnaround time.
• Work with team colleagues to discuss best practice and suggest enhancement within the laboratory framework
• Gain through training and self-motivation CTIA test plan requirements and up and coming industry technical change or trends

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/computer science (preferred)
• The flexibility to support shift and flexible working hours
• Experience in OTA or EMC/RF testing (Preferred)
• Knowledge of 3GPP and ETSI standards. (Preferred)
• The passion for technology and personal skills and learning
• Good communication skills with both colleagues and customers
• Experience in working within a ISO17025 quality laboratory (Preferred)
• Self-motivated to develop knowledge within OTA and RF test methodology
