Role Details Shift: Days, Full Time (40 hours per week) Work Style: Hybrid - primarily remote with occasional onsite needs in Metropolitan Detroit EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience required. High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred. Experience with corporate recruiting preferred. Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
