The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

The Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Group (SIG) supports the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center in the acquisition of the LGM-35A Sentinel (GBSD) ICBM weapon system. SIG delivers program management, systems engineering, and subject matter expertise to ensure on-time delivery of a safe, secure, and reliable strategic nuclear weapon system. SIG is hiring for an Office Manager/Program Administrator at Hill AFB, Utah.


Responsibilities

This Office Manager/Program Administrator position will directly support ICBM Leaders at Hill Air Force Base Utah. This position will also work with a highly skilled team, providing critical support to government managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including travel coordination, schedule management, data collection, data management, measuring and monitoring performance, planning, updating government reports, and reporting program status internally to program management.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship with SECRET clearance, OR the ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
  • Must be able to work full-time at Hill AFB in Ogden Utah.
  • 3 years relevant work experience, including experience providing executive assistance and office management.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software suite, Adobe, and other common business applications.
  • Highly positive attitude with a team player mentality, results oriented.

  • Strong initiative, acute attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workloads and multitask effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the U.S. Air Force or other military branch.

  • Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret security clearance.

  • Business Operations experience.

  • Experience with agile software tools: JIRA, Confluence.

  • Experience with government classified IT systems.
