ROLE SUMMARY:

This position will focus on facility maintenance, operations, safety and customer service. Documentation and Controls: Maintenance Management System // Master Control // Honeywell Niagara Building Controls // Building utilities and business critical equipment maintenance // Equipment monitoring system maintenance and response // General Maintenance, Repair, and Assembly. Certainly, an independent, hands-on, contributor.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Support and manage day to day facility operations

Assist with the build out and use of the Facility Maintenance Software (CMMS)

Use of Building Management Software (BMS)

Maintenance and service documentation for all facility and business critical equipment

Rotational On-Call / Quick response to Facility when needed

Contractor escort and management

Equipment monitoring system maintenance and response

Understanding of complex facility equipment (HVAC, PH Systems, RODI, Etc.)

Ability to write Engineering Change Orders as required.

Equipment and furniture assembly

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years with facilities experience or equivalent

High School + Additional education / certification / formal training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience supporting day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance of building utilities and business-critical systems (HVAC, RODI, pH, etc.)

Proficiency with CMMS and BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell Niagara), including equipment monitoring and maintenance documentation

Ability to work independently as a hands-on contributor while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and contractors

Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, prioritization, and issue resolution

Experience preparing clear, compliant maintenance records and Engineering Change Orders

Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and operational excellence
