The Small Package Operations Rep demonstrates exceptional execution on the day-to-day operations of small package customers, ensuring operational efficiency and high service levels, while also assisting teammates and achieving results that show advanced skills. DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):
- Operational Execution Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day execution of small package customers, ensuring all loads are processed accurately and on time.
- Account escalation: Serve as the first point of escalation for any issues involving external contacts, such as carriers and customers, addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
- Cross team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as capacity management, managed ops, and leadership, to ensure seamless operations.
- Feedback and updates: Provide regular feedback and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and successes during your shift.
- KPI management: Analyze operational data and KPIs to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement in load execution and customer service.

Compensation for this role is $50,000-55,000 annually. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
