Summary:

In this role, you will manage a team delivering timely and accurate analytics that support the Vizient Non-Acute sales organization. You will oversee analytical outputs for current and prospective clients to identify contract connection and savings opportunities that inform contract implementation. You will also lead onboarding analytics processes, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and drive operational excellence while developing a high-performing, inclusive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the analytics work queue to ensure accurate and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Manage the onboarding analytics pipeline, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and to defined standards.
  • Provide regular performance updates to leadership, including metrics, operational insights, and progress against key initiatives.
  • Lead calls and presentations with internal and external partners to address complex challenges and identify actionable opportunities.
  • Incorporate feedback from Sales and Account Management teams to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Identify, design, and implement process automation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage analysts, including performance management and professional development.
  • Monitor team performance against goals and KPIs, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through ongoing quality control improvements.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that drives engagement and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Vizient products and services preferred.
  • Experience developing and managing high-performing teams preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote an inclusive work environment.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
