Position OverviewWe are seeking a Program Analyst III / Technical Project Coordinator to support Technical Project Managers and serve as the critical link between field technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This role oversees the administrative and operational coordination required to deliver, install, train, and transition new systems into operational use. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced technical environments and excels at coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and ensuring installation and acceptance activities are completed accurately and on time. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
