Summary:
The Technical Integration Lead is a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling reliable client integrations between enterprise billing systems and a proprietary platform. This role combines deep technical expertise in Python scripting, data mapping, SQL, and database schema management with delivery leadership, ensuring secure, scalable, and accurate data flows that support credit and collections operations. By leading through direct contribution and example, the role establishes integration standards, accelerates client onboarding, and drives consistent, high-quality outcomes across shared platform implementations.

Description:
The Technical Integration Lead owns and actively participates in the design, implementation, and support of client integrations between client billing systems and the client's Inventory Management Platform. In addition to leading the integration function, this role serves as a hands-on technical contributor, directly developing integration solutions, resolving complex data and system challenges, and modeling best practices for the team.
This role will build and lead an integration team with onshore and offshore resourcing, operating as a shared service across the organization, while remaining directly engaged in delivery to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex client integrations and data workflows
  • Lead and execute data mapping for credit, billing, and collections data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and production data issues
  • Write and review Python scripts for data transformation, validation, and automation
  • Lead as a builder, not just a coordinator, by personally writing code, mapping data, and debugging integrations
  • Establish technical standards by actively applying them in real implementations
  • Perform code reviews and architectural reviews grounded in hands-on experience
  • Mentor integration engineers through direct pairing, review, and coaching
  • Demonstrate best practices in security, performance, error handling, and observability
  • Gradually enable and scale the team while maintaining technical credibility
Requirements:
  • Deep data mapping expertise, including translation of credit, billing, and collections data between disparate source and target systems
  • Strong SQL proficiency for querying, validating, reconciling, and optimizing data across relational databases
  • Hands-on experience with database schemas, including reviewing, modifying, and managing schema and file-based data structures to support integrations
  • Ability to debug and resolve complex data issues across scripts, databases, and integration pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Advanced Python scripting for building, automating, and troubleshooting integration workflows, data transformations, and validation logic
  • Heavy focus on Data
