As Director, Cloud Strategy, Marketing Solutions, you will be responsible for setting the product strategy for how the TruAudience business takes advantage of Cloud Native capabilities to improve our business. You will also work closely with other TruAudience product leaders to design and build Cloud Native versions of existing products, introduce new, innovative products in the Cloud, and/or enhance our existing suite of products.

What You'll Bring:

  • Establish the cloud native strategy for TransUnion's TruAudience business, across all product pillars: Identity, Audience, Platform/Insights/Innovation, and Measurement (also incl. collaboration).
  • Own the definition, prioritization, and delivery of the product roadmap for TruAudience in the cloud, working in close partnership with engineering and PMM.
  • Drive co-collaboration efforts with cloud partners, including GTM efforts, co-development, and aligning TU's product roadmap to the strategic priorities of our partners.
  • Evangelize the TruAudience cloud native strategy among key stakeholders, including the internal TruAudience team (incl. leadership, sales, delivery, and vertical teams), as well as other TruPortfolio businesses and stakeholders, and external clients and partners.

  • Overall accountability for revenue and bookings growth from products built in the cloud (driving this channel to be a significant driver of new revenue for the TruAudience business).
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of talented product managers with deep knowledge of our solutions, customers and the market
  • Working with engineering & delivery teams to optimize our cloud strategy & product design to reduce the overall expense of delivering our products via the cloud, including:
    • Engineering: compute & storage, but also maintenance & testing-related expenses
    • Delivery: people-related expenses (e.g., manual delivery or customer support)
  • Ensuring our TruAudience cloud strategy does not diverge from or otherwise hinder the core TruAudience strategy. Where possible, our efforts should be synergistic, not duplicative.

Strategy

  • Gather intelligence on specific industry trends, regulatory changes and hurdles, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to validate and refine our product development roadmap
  • Partner closely with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery, Data and Analytics, and Sales in defining, agreeing on and executing the overall product and business strategy

Planning

  • Identify technical partnership needs and vendors to deliver integrated point solutions
  • Build product and platform development roadmaps in partnership with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Financial Servicesstakeholders
  • Contribute to 3YP strategic planning initiative for Cloud solutions

Execution

  • Drive execution of overall business roadmap
  • Design and develop test-and-learn pilot campaigns with other support functions and business partners to validate key hypotheses

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
