Description The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to help support our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department. Our department cares for patients with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, and behavioral disorders. We provide targeted, individual care for patients of all ages through a range out outpatient services. Primary duties include: Assisting with referral processes Supporting scheduling and coordination of appointments Assisting with filing systems Other administrative duties as assigned Salary range: $17.90/hr- $26/hr Qualifications Must be a current UCLA student Ability to assist with data entry Strong organization skills and attention to detail Clear and professional verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with faculty, staff, and coworkers Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly word and excel
