About the opportunity
SWCA is currently seeking applications for a Compliance Services Team Lead, supporting our national construction compliance services operations, including environmental inspections. The Compliance Services Team Lead is responsible for providing leadership within the national Compliance Program by managing staff, construction compliance and operational compliance projects, and clients. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of developing new business, managing complex projects, meeting financial goals, and mentoring others to do the same. The Compliance Services Team Lead reports to Senior Compliance Manager, based in Houston. The successful candidate will have a depth of experience and familiarity with the business environment of compliance services for linear construction, for the oil/gas, transmission, and renewable industries. This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), salaried position based out of Houston, Texas. Hybrid work environments and encouraged and highly qualified remote (= distributed) employees will be considered if they live with Texas or Louisiana. If remote, travel to the local Houston office, as well as national project sites, would be expected. What you will accomplish The Compliance Services Team Lead will manage current opportunities while participating in the development of a forward-looking plan for their team. This position will require highly developed critical thinking skills to recognize and solve problems proactively and independently, as well as identify and mitigate risks and impediments through persistence, creative thinking, and a focus on client satisfaction. This will include working with the Compliance Services Director, the Senior Compliance Manager, Project Managers, and professional staff in the Houston office and surrounding states to further employee development and mentoring, provide technical leadership, and develop strategic team goals by contributing to the following: Organizational leadership

An employee in this Houston, TX-based position can expect a salary of $91,990.08/year to $116,975.04/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law.
