100% Remote Think Consulting is a growing strategy and execution firm partnering with mid-market and enterprise organizations to solve complex, high-stakes business challenges. We are seeking a Senior Associate who wants to move beyond narrow workstreams and play a meaningful role from problem definition through execution and results. This role is ideal for consultants who enjoy the rigor of strategy but are energized by owning delivery, influencing executives, and seeing real change take hold. You will work directly with senior client leaders, take on broad responsibility early, and help shape both client outcomes and the future of the firm. What You'll Do
- Lead and support end-to-end strategy and execution engagements, including:
- Growth and commercialization strategy
- Operating model and organizational design
- Transformation planning and execution
- PMO and governance design for complex initiatives
- Customer-centric and performance improvement initiatives
- Break down ambiguous, unstructured problems into clear hypotheses, analyses, and actionable recommendations
- Own or lead PMO and transformation workstreams, including governance models, executive reporting, risk and issue management, and cross-functional coordination
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day advisor to senior client stakeholders, including VPs, SVPs, and C-suite leaders
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations that influence decisions and drive alignment
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering strong analytical thinking and execution discipline
- Contribute to the firm's growth by supporting proposal development, thought leadership, and internal capability building
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Approximately 5-10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, PMO, or related client-facing roles
- Experience working in or alongside large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong ability to lead initiatives from planning through execution, not just analysis
- Proven executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and storytelling capabilities
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, less-bureaucratic environments with real ownership and accountability
