  • Support the team in adhering to Scrum values and principles while learning to foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Technical Assistance & Blocker Removal:

  • Work closely with engineers to identify and surface technical blockers or dependencies early in the sprint.

  • Assist the team in breaking down technical requirements into actionable user stories and tasks.

  • Develop a foundational understanding of the team's technical stack to better communicate challenges to stakeholders.

Backlog Maintenance:

  • Assist Product Owners (POs) in maintaining a clean and prioritized backlog.

  • Ensure that user stories meet the "Definition of Ready" and include clear acceptance criteria before sprint entry.

Team Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and immediate stakeholders to ensure clear communication regarding progress and timelines.

  • Help protect the team from outside interruptions during the sprint.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track and report on basic Agile metrics (e.g., Velocity, Burndown charts) to help the team understand their performance.

  • Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Developer Experience team.
