Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to multiple executives while also supporting broader departmental operations. This role is responsible for coordinating complex schedules, communications, and executive travel to enhance operational efficiency. Working with professionalism and accountability, the Administrative Assistant manages competing priorities, supports executive effectiveness, and contributes to smooth day-to-day and departmental operations. The range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work orresidein the state ofCalifornia /Illinois /Washington, if selected for this role, and may vary based onvarious factorssuch as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, andproficiencyfor the role. Salary Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 and eligibility for a 8%bonus target based on company and individual performance, andeligibility toparticipatein the company's long-term incentive plan.Additionalbenefits for this position include flexible paid time off (PTO), health benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision and company match 401k.Additional benefits information can be found onoursite.
